You will manage a complex caseload of children and families subject to Child Protection (CP) plans, focusing on reducing risk and promoting stability. Key Responsibilities:

You will work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies, such as the Police and Education Services, to meet the identified needs of children, young people, and their families. Additionally, you will complete work under the Public Law Outline (PLO) and prepare Court reports and assessments.

You will work closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to implement effective safeguarding and child protection policies, procedures, and guidance across our school.

You will also work closely with the Attendance Leader, to support families over come barriers for attendance.

You will work closely with Social Workers and partner agencies to help improve outcomes for children and promote their safety, wellbeing and development.

You must also be able to travel across the borough and work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends to meet service needs.
