You will have an ability to undertake robust assessments and care planning which will enable you to update care plans to ensure the outcomes of the individuals are being met, as well as having the flexibility and skills to respond to changing needs of individuals.

You will have good organisational skills and be able to manage a caseload.

You will be responsible for delivering all duties of the Health and Fitness Instructor to a high standard, with direction from the Gym and Fitness Manager.

You will also contribute to the ongoing development of the ASW gym, including fitness classes, programming, personal training, group sessions, and community health and fitness initiatives.

You will be supported to gain the necessary qualification to meet SSSC registration requirements, and you will gain a firm understanding of autism spectrum disorder and associated support needs, within a positive, supportive working environment.
