You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions.

You will work night shifts, on rota, 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off.

You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time.

You will be responsible for achieving positive change and improved outcomes, managing a busy and varied caseload by providing a statutory accountable social care service to those people who access or need the service.

You will be expected to work within organisational, policy and legislative requirements.

You will be required to work on a 1:1 basis (or 2:1 with support of an additional practitioner).

You will be working on a flexible contract where various interventions will be offered based upon location and match with a student.

You will need to be available during daytime hours, Monday-Friday.
