You will be part of a supportive and established team dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for looked after children and care leavers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of young people aged 16-18 within the Children in Care pathway. - Undertake statutory visits, reviews, and care planning in line with legislation and local procedures.

You will help to create a warm, stimulating environment whilst working a mix of day shifts and sleeps to meet individual needs. You'll do more than provide care – you'll be a mentor, advocate, and source of encouragement, helping the people you support to achieve their own individual outcomes.

You will operate within a fast-paced Duty Team, acting on referrals from the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). Your responsibilities will include attending to Section 47 enquiries and completing single assessments.
