You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times. The role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people.

You will work from home as part of a professional team committed to turning children's lives around. With various placements including short and long term, parent & child, therapeutic, respite, sibling, unaccompanied asylum seeking children and disability.

You will be part of a fostering family, a community of Foster Carers, and join local support groups, mentor schemes, and social events.

You must ensure that safeguarding underpins every aspect of your practice, and that the safety of each Young Person in the Company’s care is paramount.

You must report any practice that may put a young person at risk immediately to your line manager, or higher if appropriate.

You will be positively supporting people by providing holistic support including personal care, medication administration, integration into the local community and managing their anxieties, which they may communicate through distressing behaviour. No experience is necessary, so don't worry if you don't think you know enough about how to support adults with autism.

You will work as part of a close-knit team to provide high-quality care that promotes the children’s physical, emotional, and social well-being.
