You will be working closely alongside an experienced Project Manager, supporting the day-to-day management of a new build housing development comprising eight bespoke, one-off five-bedroom homes. Key Responsibilities include: Supporting the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the site

You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction while supporting our customer care and onsite management teams.

You will be based as per this advert however you may be required to work from any of the ELHT sites.

You should also note that any offer of employment will be subject to the Trust terms and conditions along with the satisfactory completion of a driving assessment and you must complete a satisfactory driving assessment each year to retain your employment in this role

You will be responsible and accountable for the shop and the team in the absence of the Shop Manager such as operating and running the Shop and managing the Shop team effectively.
