You will be joining an established and well-respected Tier 1 civil engineering contractor delivering environmental projects in the South West of England. This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Bridgwater depot with hybrid working and site visits (along the M5 corridor, Bristol to Torquay) as and when required.

You will spend 40 weeks of your first year at their training facility, and from years 2‐4 spend a combined 36 weeks with UCS College Group, with the remainder at the Severnside/Bridgwater site.

You will just need to complete the following application form and one of our Recruiters will be in touch to discuss the next steps. Our recruitment and selection process will include an interview and screening to BS7858 standards. Given the nature of the industry, we do need to ask some questions for security and compliance purposes, but don’t worry - you will only need to complete them once.

You will earn an annual salary of £18,500 while gaining qualifications and skills through a structured training program at UCS College Group and hands-on experience at the Severnside site. This full-time role involves maintaining machinery and participating in enhancement projects, with opportunities for development in engineering.

You will be responsible for day-to-day engineering activities on site, supporting setting out, QA and coordination with subcontractors to ensure works progress safely and accurately.
