You will be involved in completing maintenance and servicing of automated gates, barriers, intercoms and other access control systems.

You will attend breakdown call outs to repair automated gates and associated equipment in line with SLA’s. - Complete works on a variety of equipment both individually and as part of a team

You will handle deliveries effectively ensuring goods are taken by addressee and are not left in the reception area.

You will complete authorisation paperwork for appropriate invoices and pass to manager for authorisation.

You will ensure that the main foyer and reception areas are clean and tidy.

You should be comfortable working independently when needed and able to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Due to the physical nature of the role—including manual handling and long periods of standing—a good level of physical fitness is essential.
