Cleaning Supervisor jobs in Glasgow

You will carry out supervisor role 7.5 hours of the week and cleaner role 7.5 hours of the week).

You will also be required to monitor standards of cleaning in line with specification/COSHH regulation, reporting any difficult issues to management.

You will be responsible for setting up rooms for lets and being the responsible person on site for reporting health and safety issues.

You will also be self-motivated with a flexible approach to work and have an ability to work as part of a team.

You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to solve problems using your own initiative.

You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role

You must have the right to work in the UK - Able to commute to the location of this role with own transport as there are no public transport links to this site. - Positive and proactive attitude towards work - Keen attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.

You will ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.

You will distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and order stocks as necessary.

You will be supervising a team of cleaners who will be carrying out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins, and the upkeep of washrooms, toilets, offices, and external areas.

You will be able to assist in ensuring we are meeting our clients cleaning expectations whilst operating in a professional manner and You are passionate about delivering a personable and reliable service to our clients.
