Client Development Manager jobs in Derby

Applicants must be based within a commutable distance of the East Midlands region at the time of applying, as on-site presence will be required three days per week. You will be responsible primarily for identifying and winning new business opportunities (80%), as well as dealing with existing accounts (20%).

You will have the freedom to manage your own diary as you work from home and travel to meet clients across your patch- 3-4 days per week, to further business relationships.

You will work closely with senior leaders, engineers, and operational teams to simplify processes, improve performance, and build capability - ensuring continuous improvement becomes part of the everyday culture, not just a project. What you'll be doing - Leading and governing continuous improvement initiatives aligned to strategic objectives

You will provide leadership and management of the virtual customer team, ensuring Services, Sales and Delivery are aligned and focussed on the right customer outcomes, under a joined-up Account Plan.

You will cultivate and own key stakeholder relationships with the customers primarily associated with the Services delivered and identified growth opportunities.
