You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.

You will be working within a highly respected and established Vulnerable Client team dealing with a varied caseload of Vulnerable Client matters but predominantly with wills for vulnerable clients including Advance Directives, probate for those clients and advising on and preparing and registering powers of attorney.

You will be part of a collaborative group where quality and accuracy matter and fee earners rely on high level support. The position is fully office based in Sevenoaks.

You will work as one of three secretaries within the Private Client support team, supporting 5 fee earners currently, with expansion planned to 6.

You will support the team’s fee-earners by providing competent, efficient and proactive legal secretarial and administration support, including postal and Reception duties, for planned and unplanned shortfalls in secretarial staffing, covering vacancies and staff absences. Key responsibilities:

You will be an experienced private client paralegal who is confident, organised, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.

You will ideally have: - A 2:1 law-related degree (or equivalent experience) - 23+ years experience in a private client paralegal role within a law firm
