You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, customer-focused housing service to FHDC tenants living in Independent Living (sheltered housing) schemes. The Independent Living Team delivers intensive housing management to older and vulnerable tenants so that they can sustain their tenancies and live in a safe environment.

You will need to demonstrate the following:

You will be involved in National Security targeting to identify individuals or groups who may need to be examined under the provisions of the Terrorism Act 2000.

You must have developed analytical and decision-making skills combined with an ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision; often prioritising workloads effectively to ensure swift decisions.
