You will also support the client in attending medical and personal appointments, encourage outdoor activities, and work closely with the client’s locally based family. You will be spending your time with our client within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine. Our young client is very active and goes college but needs support with personal care and moving and handling. Your day to day activities may include:
