You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Contract Managers, Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.

You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success.

You will be the main point of contact on site, coordinating daily activities, liaising with project managers, clients and contractors, and maintaining accurate site documentation. On stand-down days, you will be based at the West Drayton depot. Key Responsibilities

You will deliver a time-limited support to our service users in their own homes for up to six weeks. In addition to meeting the clients needs,to try to,as far as practicable, prevent unnecessary admission to hospital or residential care. You are required to provide personal care and light domestic duties to vulnerable adults/elderly.

You will be an experienced property / project administrator with a good understanding of the residential property management sector.

You will be a confident and articulate communicator with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
