You will handle a diverse and interesting caseload of private client matters, which may include wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and elderly client affairs. Key Responsibilities - Manage a varied caseload of private client matters with a focus on delivering high-quality legal services to our valued clients.

You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.

You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.

You should be confident, organised, and keen to contribute to the smooth running of a busy and friendly team. The ideal candidate will have: • At least 1 year’s experience working in a Private Client department • A strong desire to learn and develop • An enthusiastic and ambitious approach

You will provide technical expertise and knowledge in order to take on your own caseload, with minimal supervision.

You will be expected to build rapport with existing clients, market yourself, and undertake general marketing activities on behalf of the department and company.

To include drafting legal documents, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and HMRC Inheritance Tax forms Court of Protection, Probate and the Administration of Estates and Trusts.
