You will be working on customer equipment such as car lifts, MOT testing equipment, air compressors, wheel alignment, tyre changers, wheel balancers and a range of other automotive equipment. You will be school locality-based, initially working in The James Young High School and Inveralmond Community High School learning communities, in Livingston, and a variety of community settings, which may include youth clubs, community centres, outdoor learning venues, local churches, private sector venues and care settings.

You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and system reliability across customer sites. Key Responsibilities - Carry out routine PPM in line with scheduled tasks and industry standards. - Respond effectively to reactive maintenance calls, breakdowns, and emergency situations.

You will be responsible for supervising engineers, managing resources, and supporting customer contracts, while driving performance against key KPIs. As a Remedial Service Manager, you will: - Oversee recruitment and resourcing in line with operational requirements. - Manage engineer activity on-site, ensuring productivity and SLA compliance.

You will serve as a primary external representative, responsible for nurturing key client relationships and securing significant, long-term commercial agreements that enhance market share. - Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to inform pricing and strategy.
