Client Services Administrator jobs in Manchester

You will be servicing clients across the Central and Continental Europe and will serve as the main contact for day-to-day client inquiries.

You will provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information on clients.

You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.

You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.

You will lead the growth of our relationship and remit with our clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Account Director you will take on the following responsibilities: - Own the client relationship and take responsibility for overall client success and satisfaction
