You will be the vital link between the Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and clients. Your role will be to oversee the advice process, ensuring it runs smoothly from start to finish, by producing accurate, timely and well presented client information to all xbpsjku parties. You will work three shifts across a seven day rota, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.

You will be the first point of contact, providing a responsive and professional switchboard and information service on a 24 hour basis. This is a fast paced role where remaining calm, using sound judgement and adapting quickly are essential to keeping services running smoothly.
