Client Services Coordinator jobs in New Milton

You will have previous experience within an administrative position, preferably within the construction sector. With a proven skillset of the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written, strong understanding of relevant Microsoft packages with an attention to detail approach.

You will also manage and coordinate the presentation of the show areas to ensure the company’s image is maintained plus maintenance of empty properties in accordance with agreed standards. This role is to initially be based at our New Milton site, with our sales offices and marketing suites in and around the Hampshire and Dorset areas.

You will carry out administration duties in a way that is friendly, efficient, professional and timely. There is plenty of variety as you will be greeting and escorting visitors, conducting viewings and handling telephone and email enquiries and correspondence.

You will be responsible for driving performance, compliance, and delivering exceptional client service in various surveying projects, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables. Attractive salary and benefits package offered.

You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.

You must tell us about any unspent conviction, cautions, reprimands or warnings under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975.

You will have had experience in a busy customer facing role and be confident in performing general admin tasks. You are organised but have a flexible approach to workloads.
