A Gas Engineer is needed to service and repair domestic heating systems, ensuring efficient and safe operation for clients.

You will work for a senior or principal engineer, producing calculations, drawings and technical reports, undertake surveys and assessments, and conduct research into new engineering techniques and practices.

You will be responsible for the correct use of English and accuracy of grammar in all written forms, from emails to drawings, reports, memos, method statements, and calculations.

You will deliver a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of buildings and associated assets. This is a client-facing role with excellent opportunities for training and career progression, including potential to step into a supervisory position.

You should also have:A degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline). Proven experience in OHL design within the power transmission and distribution sector. Sound understanding of OHL design principles and UK industry standards. Hands-on experience producing designs, drawings, reports, and calculations for OHL projects from 11kV to 400kV.

You will play a central role in developing the European sales pipeline by owning early-stage customer engagement and supporting senior sales colleagues.
