You will be responsible for providing direct support to individuals in a variety of settings.

You will play a key role ensuring that individuals receive high standards of care and support to help maximise their independence and dignity throughout their lives.

You will be reporting directly to a Locality Manager, and you will be responsible for ensuring, within your Service(s), that VSS’s local service development and delivery plan is being implemented within your geographical area(s).

You will be responsible for advising clients directly and managing the drafting and execution of relevant documents. While a STEP qualification is advantageous, it is not essential. The ideal applicant will possess at least one year of post-qualification experience, a background in private client work, and the ability to manage a varied caseload with confidence.
