Client Support Administrator jobs in Burntisland

You will be providing support to the team of financial planners, mainly to private clients.

You will help prepare valuation reports, maintain internal data bases, process new business and deal with both internal and client queries.

You will navigate and transact on financial provider's websites, attaining policy information from providers etc.

You will be managing various administrative tasks within the department, including but not limited to the managing of the proposal development process, from identifying RFP opportunities to submission, to secure new business opportunities. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, create compelling proposals, and ensure timely submission.

You should have previous experience of working in a busy office, possessing the skills and competencies normally associated with 3 years experience.

You should be educated to Standard Grade/National 5 level; preferably with an administration qualification at HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent.
