You will effectively take over the on-the-ground technical responsibilities from the company founders, embedding yourself with MOD users and partner forces.

You will not just be fixing bugs; you will be running trials, troubleshooting complex network environments in the field, and ensuring our technology delivers operational success for the end-user.

You will have:CIPD qualified to level 3 at least, and working towards level 5. Experience of working in a similar role, providing HR advice to managers and colleagues. Experience of supporting with employee relation matters. Experience of using HR systems (preferably UKG or similar).

You will need to be able to combine excellent customer service, with great organisational skills and be an enthusiastic team player, you will be expected to work hard, push the boundaries and take responsibility to delight our customers.
