You should be able to tick these boxes:· Administration experience, preferably in a financial planning company · A basic knowledge of investments, pensions and life assurance policies. Financial administration qualifications would be advantageous. Comfortable using different types of technology and systems, including CRM and project management systems, and a range of investment.

You will be responsible for contacting our current clients and booking in visits for our Field Consultants in line with our service offering, along with embracing our core values through being energetic, positive and supportive to your team, and focused on putting the client at the heart of everything you do.

You will work closely with the partners to help develop client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support the ongoing growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and limited companies. - Oversee preparation and review of statutory accounts, management accounts, and corporation tax returns.

You will work on all aspects of Private Client matters, including but not limited to Wills, Trusts, and Probate.

You will have full legal support from paralegals and secretaries. The firm offers hybrid working and extremely generous annual leave.

You will warmly welcome every client, offer expert guidance and support, while confidently managing payments, bookings, and day-to-day coordination through our online scheduling system—so solid computer literacy is essential.

You will work closely and communicate effectively within a supportive team consisting of two other Receptionists, a Practice Manager, a VCA, an RVN, and a Clinical Lead

You will have experience winning new business and building long lasting relationships with B2B clients.
