You will work on a dynamic case load built from years of the firm servicing local clients; they have excellent community links and a varied client base, and you will be given the support and encouragement to business develop and grow the department in a friendly environment.

You will have the opportunity to work on complex queries, assist with complaints, and support the development of new team members. Additionally, you will play a vital role in cascading product updates and assisting with internal projects and process changes.

You should be comfortable managing a portfolio of clients, be proactive in problem-solving, and have strong leadership skills.

You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide high-quality learning support for pupils with a range of additional needs, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and medical requirements. Your role will help ensure that all pupils can access learning, develop communication and social skills, and participate fully in school life.

You will also be expected to visit clients at least once per month to embed high-quality practices in the services, with the majority of the portfolio situated in London and the South East with a small number of services in the North West.
