You will work across agreed programmes, providing education, clinical support, audit activity, and service review, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and professionalism. Key responsibilities Clinical & Operational Delivery - Deliver clinical care in line with Service Operating Procedures.

You will also deliver personalised, evidence informed medical care to all patients in contact with OoHs and provide advice, treatment and onward referral as appropriate.

You will adhere to local prescribing guidelines and keep good quality up to date medical records including ensuring appropriate documentation and coding is used to provide consistent audit and monitoring of the service.

You will lead core GCP quality activities including quality system oversight, audit planning and execution, and regulatory inspection readiness. This role offers the opportunity to influence quality strategy, shape inspection preparedness, and drive continuous improvement across a growing clinical portfolio.
