You will have advanced risk assessment and management skills and preferably have previous experience with treating acutely unwell clients in community settings.

You must be flexible, organised and have excellent time management skills in order to manage a case load effectively as the team priorities change frequently throughout the day.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care and support to clients facing substance misuse challenges. The ideal candidate will have a Registered Nurse qualification and be skilled in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing clinical advice.
