You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality, and culturally responsive psychological therapies, while supporting and developing a multidisciplinary clinical team. This role combines clinical leadership, service management, workforce development, and quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on inclusive practice and community accountability.

You will work closely with the founder and leadership team and play a key role in shaping Eolas’s go to market approach, sales playbook, and scalable processes.
