You will manage your own projects, act as the primary client contact and work closely with senior leadership to help refine cost management processes, systems and data as the team grows. Projects are predominantly within healthcare and education, with increasing exposure to residential and other sectors.

You will oversee EIA, SEA, and sustainability appraisal services, driving technical excellence, innovation, and business development while mentoring a talented team of specialists.

You will work closely with the company's Directors in a strategic role central to the continued growth of the business. Who We're Looking For

You will be a confident technical authority, an effective mentor and a proactive business developer capable of shaping your sector of the business.

You will work independently and proactively on technical aspects from a projects inception, determining client briefs, to the delivery and close out of projects in accordance with best practice.

You will lead projects and support junior colleagues throughout the delivery of projects, including client facing and leadership roles.

You will have operated at a senior level, but still working closely and visual with your team.

You will likely have: A strong background working in a regulated Bioanalytical laboratory. Recognised credibility on both an internal level, client level and industry level. Strong technical leadership experience within LCMSMS.
