You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and Application Support to drive infrastructure stability, scalability, and modernisation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Design, deploy, and manage enterprise infrastructure spanning Windows and Unix/Linux systems.

You will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to end-users within our established customer base.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing/replacing hardware, software, network, and other ICT-related issues promptly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

You will carry entrepreneurial accountability for operational performance, ensuring the site consistently delivers excellence across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People, while building a world-class operations function underpinned by Lean principles and KPI-driven management.

You will play a key role in building, operating, and scaling resilient infrastructure and observability platforms, with a strong focus on the ELK Stack and production-grade systems. Key responsibilities include: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for logging, monitoring, and observability

You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to organise work and meet scheduled targets and deadlines.

You must be able to support the Principal Engineer / Project Manager to maintain productivity.

You must also have a ‘right first time’ approach and a solutions-orientated attitude to your work.
