You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in a production environment. Competent operating a range of metal removal equipment including conventional & CNC milling machines (HAAS), lathes, surface grinders & drills.

You will also be able and willing to be involved in general mechanical work.

You will follow daily production plans to ensure output targets are met, contribute ideas for continuous improvement, and work closely with the wider machining team to maintain smooth workflow, Kanban stock levels, and fault-free handovers between processes.

You will work in a rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm one week and 2pm-10pm the other with a early finish on the Friday.

You will be making helping with technical difficulties, resolving programming issues and involved in projects to increase opportunities in the future. The role is working 40 hours a week 7:30am-4:30pm with a lunchtime finish on Fridays.
