You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.

You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.

You will apply the full occupational therapy process, using client‐centred principles and evidence-based practice to support recovery and promote independence. We are looking for someone who is: Enthusiastic about working in acute mental health settings. Skilled in applying occupational therapy theory and assessments in complex clinical situations.

You will have some experience of caring for people with physical and/or learning disabilities.

You will have a positive interest in active rehabilitation and a desire to enable this person to reach her full potential.

You will be female (Due to the occupational nature of the role.
