You will be mentored by a Senior QS and a Commercial Manager.

You will need to have previous experience in this capacity but will be given full guidance to show you how my client undertake their tasks.

You will be expected to be able to put packages together, measure, and do basic QS duties.

You will also have the advantage of collaboration with specialist lawyers in the firm's planning, litigation, construction, and residential departments.

You will be handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters including: - Acquisitions and disposals

You will, as the Commercial & Contracts Manager, lead on all of the contractual and commercial topics across a wide range of opportunities and contracts with our key customers which includes the European Space Agency (ESA), UK Ministry of Defence, UK Civil Government, and a variety of commercial customers.

You will focus on strategic solutions and advice across personal and business-related disputes, including: Leading complex commercial disputes, including contract issues, debt recovery, and asset recovery cases. Developing and implementing strategies for alternative dispute resolution (ADR), helping clients avoid lengthy and expensive litigation.

You will have strong attention to detail as you will be reviewing client documentation, ensuring the information is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process

You must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to ensure we meet expectations and compliance standards

You will also have the advantage of collaboration with specialist lawyers in the firm's planning, litigation, construction, and residential departments. Acquisitions and disposals

You will also be required to participate in training as directed by the Facilities Team Leader. This would include training in cleaning techniques and mandatory training such as Fire Safety, Moving & Handing, COSHH, and Infection Control. It is essential that candidates have an enhanced DBS (this must be dated in the last 12 months) and that you are flexible and reliable.

You will also complete mandatory and role-specific training including infection control, COSHH, fire safety and manual handling.
