You will work closely with an experienced Executive, managing bespoke property and developer client portfolios with autonomy and trust. Key Responsibilities: • Build and sustain trusted relationships with clients and insurers • Manage bespoke property insurance portfolios, handling renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day needs

You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.

You will work closely with senior executives and directors, providing technical expertise on covers such as Commercial and Residential Property, Contractors All Risks (CAR), Latent Defects and bespoke development policies.
