You will be a critical commercial leader within a high-performing team of engineers, PMs, legal advisors and technical specialists, as well as external contractors and consultancies. What you will be doing as a Commercial Solicitor: - Supporting a portfolio of retained commercial clients - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts - Working with colleagues across legal, finance, and tax to provide joined-up advisory support when required

You will operate in a fast-paced startup environment across diverse commodities, including technical services, large fabrications, complex gas and electrical systems, and novel marine deployments.

You will be accountable for the planning and implementation of your project portfolio, from initial requirements capture and planning through to successful delivery of the project.

You will be working on major programmes involving the design, integration, and delivery of advanced land-based defence systems. The successful candidate will join an established and high-performing project delivery function, playing a key role in ensuring projects are delivered in line with customer expectations, compliance requirements, and business objectives.

You will need to be comfortable working across a range of sectors and technologies, each with varying objectives and budgets and be comfortable being accountable for your projects hitting their deadlines and within budget.
