You will act as a key member of the construction leadership team, driving commercial discipline, managing risk, and supporting the successful delivery of our project portfolio. Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership & Contract Management - Lead all commercial and planning aspects across the construction department’s projects.

You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include complex possession and property claims, including landlord and tenant, title rectification, professional negligence, trusts, commercial, insolvency, and general litigation and dispute resolution advice.

You will have exceptional communications skills, attentions to detail and work well within a team environment.

You will also provide valuable administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient running of the depot, enabling the team to reach and exceed depot targets.

You will be based in Dorset or be willing to relocate to this beautiful part of the world. - Hybrid and flexible working options available.
