You will develop deep product knowledge, support internal teams, help design and refine product capabilities, and contribute to pre-sales demo setup and configuration. While some client interaction will still occur, the core emphasis is on product development, internal enablement, and platform improvement.

You will lead client engagements, manage cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them navigate regulatory requirements, embrace new technologies, and build the trading capabilities of the future.

You will start to take on team lead responsibilities and demonstrate intellectual leadership directing diverse teams of consulting talent.

You will be personable, tenacious and a natural networker, having a proactive approach to generating leads and securing new business. In addition, you will be well organised, highly analytical and thrive in a fast-moving environment with a flat management structure. You are able to work under your own initiative as well as being an excellent team player.

You will have lots of responsibility and ownership early on to drive strategies forward and be successful - IMC is highly collaborative between traders, quants, and developers so the scope of responsibility is fairly fluid involving a mixture of data-driven analysis, quantitative modelling and algorithm development

You must have full rights to work in the UK (No sponsorship available) - A clean driving license and daily access to your own vehicle, which you are happy to use for work (mileage paid for when visiting sites). - Trade related qualification, such as in carpentry or plumbing, etc.
