You will be a leading member of the team embarking on a significant and challenging technology development project. This four year project will be a major steppingstone towards achieving the next generation of avionics for customer Tilt-Rotors.

You will complete an initial training period, working alongside experienced drivers who will provide full guidance. Once you have demonstrated the ability to carry out duties safely and independently, you will progress to working solo on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern .

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
