You will be assessing applicants for rehousing, in their current housing circumstances, in order to establish housing need and priority, and recommendations for future permanent housing.

You will also offer support and expertise around disability design for refurbishment and new build developments.

You will provide effective call handling and arrange response using various communication systems within our 24/7/365 control room, including the provision of the Council’s Telecare Alarms Service to elderly and vulnerable residents.

You will receive, assess and action calls from our council services, staff and members of the public including services which require emergency responses.
