You will lead the delivery of all services to AXA, including the training and leadership of the operations team.

You will empower and encourage teams by providing inspirational leadership and guidance, achieving excellent performance and driving a culture that puts patients and customers first.

You will be a highly motivated, autonomous team player responsible for your own caseload.

You will manage a busy caseload and carry out relevant physical and mental health assessments.

You will provide assessment and treatment for service users living in the community and work closely with our local inpatient service.

You will show strong attention to detail, and accuracy and be reliable and punctual. Due to the location of the site, your own transport is advised for this role. A good level of English is required due to Health And Safety protocols. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
