You will categorise defects while considering the needs of all highway users, applying sound judgment to evaluate risks and potential consequences in a practical and reasonable manner.

You will possess strong organisational and communication skills, have an understanding of an FM maintenance environment and will be dedicated to providing a high quality service.

You must be fully qualified within a mechanical engineer discipline (City & Guilds / Level 3 NVQ in Mechanical Craft Studies or equivalent) and have experience of Industrial / Plumbing installations.
