You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients considering high-value treatments, so confidence and communication matter.

You will manage warm inbound enquiries only and guide prospective patients through the booking process. Key responsibilities: - Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online forms

You will play a key part in implementing People & Culture priorities, including engagement, reward and recognition, role clarity, and scalable processes—helping to shape a positive and high-performing workplace.

You will liaise with clients to gather relevant information, request terms from market & existing providers, analyse the market feedback, produce a report and recommendation to clients, instruct insurers to proceed – including relevant completion of forms etc,

You will work closely with project teams to implement the company's safety procedures, carry out site audits, and drive a proactive health & safety culture. Key Responsibilities - Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health & safety legislation

You will play a central part in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy development, training coordination, and general HR operations.
