You will lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver contractual obligations, drive performance, and uphold the principles of Positive Detention Culture. Working both on site and in an office environment, you'll also build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the customer (Home Office), acting as a role model for professional and ethical standards.

You will be working with children whom have moderate learning difficulties, and/or working with pupils diagnosed with autism. The role is to start immediately and will be full-time 8:30-16:00 Monday to Friday, and will run until the end of the academic year.
