You will be responsible for performing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on-site, using the PDA and Planon system to ensure the university remains fully operational.

You will act as a technical authority within the ILS discipline, providing leadership, guidance and assurance across the full product lifecycle, while supporting the development of people, processes and stakeholder confidence in ILS delivery. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in ILS and Obsolescence engineering

You will be expected to work on design projects involving concrete and steel mainly.

You will also be required to work on site investigation and evaluate design proposals.

You will be provided with support to meet the project commitments. You would be expected to start to work autonomously after completing few supervised tasks.

You will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple student living sites, including Seething Wells and Kingston Hill. This is a varied role covering electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general building tasks, with the support of a wider maintenance team.
