You will conduct both simulation and experimental research into quantum key distribution (QKD), explore the dual-use capabilities of 2D SPAD (Single-Photon Avalanche Diode) arrays, and develop novel multiplexing techniques for high-throughput secure links

You will play a pivotal role as a senior leader within the stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communications team, with a primary focus on communications.

You will collaborate closely with internal senior leadership, interdisciplinary teams, project sponsors, delivery teams, and external collaborators.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive gas maintenance across domestic and light commercial properties. This is a field-based role suited to a motivated engineer who works to a high standard and takes pride in their work. Key Responsibilities

You should be able to demonstrate competence in all core mechanical design and engineering principals.

You should be able to successfully lead and deliver multiple low complexity projects without supervision or packages of more complex projects, under the direction of more experienced staff.
