You will report directly to the Senior Engineering Supervisor based in Yeovil and support the REACH Obsolescence Programme by providing intermediate-level Configuration Management support. This role has day-to-day responsibility for configuration activities that impact wider engineering and customer teams.

You will report to the Senior Engineering Supervisor and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate configuration documentation and support engineering activities. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and promote configuration management processes. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration issues.

You will be a strong communicator, able to demonstrate leadership behaviours with the ability to influence, manage, motivate, coach and develop a team by fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. You promote empowerment and contribution and have a passion to build a community and support network beyond your delivery role.

You will be doing around 5 jobs per day. Do you want to make some extra money?

You will have access to your schedule up to 2 weeks in advance. You'll also be provided with continuous training to maintain and develop your skills.

You must have held your licence for 1 year and have less that 6 points.
