You will be based in our purpose-built hospice situated one mile from Macclesfield town centre.

You will be providing expertpalliative care advice to patients, families, and healthcare professionals viathe 24/7 Advice Line with support from the wider medical and nursing team whererequired.

You will be working in our newly developed Palliative Advice Centre (PACE), as well as being an integral part of the medical team on the in-patient unit and Sunflower Living Well Centre.

You will be expected to be able to work across 7 days, between the hours of 8am and 8pm.

You will berequired to participate in research projects as required by the organisation.
