You will be responsible for

You will manage vehicle breakdowns whilst ensuring that the impact to the retailer is kept to a minimum.

You will manage a team of Facilities Assistants and work closely with the Estates Service Delivery Manager to ensure that the internal and external environment is conducive to the promotion of learning.

You will be responsible for training your team members on menus, serving procedures, company etiquette, safety standards, and regulations Recruit new staff to meet workload demands

You should have proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
