You will provide recovery focused support to service users in accordance with their support plans.

You will have well-honed skills in positive communication, engagement, and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for service users.

You will have the maturity to work within a positive framework supporting clients.

You will also have the opportunity to expand your professional network as you collaborate with other professionals in the mental health trust in a friendly and encouraging team environment.

You will spend 2-3 days per week in our office at Chestnuts Day Centre, Bognor, while you might be required to travel across the county to complete assessments.

You will be responsible for achieving positive change and improved outcomes, managing a busy and varied caseload by providing a statutory accountable social care service to those people who access or need the service.

You will be expected to work within organisational, policy and legislative requirements.

You will provide recovery focused support to service users in accordance with their support plans.

You will have well‐honed skills in positive communication, engagement, and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for service users.

You will be required to work in a flexible manner on a roster basis including office hours, evenings, some weekends and sleep‐ins.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.

You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. Ashley Place in Bognor Regis is a residential care home located on the seafront, close to the town centre.
