You will lead a dynamic on-site team comprising the Centre Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, Retail Manager, Admin/Office Manager, and Guest Experience Managers, all of whom report into this role.

You will also play a key role in shaping the strategy and budget in collaboration with Elevate, our strategic facilities partners in a recently formed partnership with Landsec.

You will need to have adequate literacy and numeracy skills as well as basic computer skills. No direct experience is required as full training is given by Discovery.

You will have full support from the Regional Outreach manager and Assistant Outreach Managers and be part of a team that meets regularly.

You will provide 2:1 waking night support, ensuring B feels safe, understood, and valued throughout the night. Enabling B to live their life in a way that is meaningful, fulfilling, and true to who they are.

You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life. What we're looking for: A genuine passion for supporting others. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
